Compendium Federal Technology, LLC (CFT) is a Small Business founded in 2010 with offices located in Lexington Park, MD and Newport News, VA. Both locations are strategically positioned near Air Force and Naval commands, enabling a responsive team aligned to mission needs across the Department of War.

CFT supports a broad range of customers including Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC A5/A9), Program Acquisition Executive Command, Control, Communications, Battle Management (PAE C3BM), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR).

CFT specializes in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), operational analysis, and dynamic data visualization, delivering decision-quality insights that support mission planning, capability development, and acquisition strategies across strategic, operational, and tactical environments. Through a mission engineering approach, we integrate modeling and simulation, operator-informed analysis, and interactive dashboarding to quantify operational impact, assess system of systems performance, and enable real time exploration of trade space.

In addition, CFT provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), technical data development and sustainment, engineering services, and training solutions to support full lifecycle system readiness. Our team delivers structured technical publications, interactive electronic manuals, and sustainment strategies aligned with Department of War standards and evolving mission requirements.

Founded in 2010, Compendium Federal Technology (CFT) is a trusted partner within the Patuxent River defense community. Based in Lexington Park, MD, near NAS Patuxent River, CFT delivers integrated logistics support, technical data development, engineering services, and model-based systems engineering to NAVAIR, NAVWAR, and other Department of Defense organizations.

From its early work in technical publications and sustainment support, CFT has grown to provide airborne networking, operational analysis, and advanced engineering solutions supporting naval aviation, Air Force combat operations, and critical defense initiatives.

Transitioned to a new leadership structure with a focus on enhancing warfighter readiness through advanced training and technology solutions.
